1. The service
LinguaCase provides fictional language-learning investigations, evidence exercises, interviews, review tools and optional account sync. It is an educational game—not professional legal, investigative, safety or language-certification advice.
2. Licence and paid download
LinguaCase is purchased once through the App Store. The download includes the shipped app features and does not require a recurring subscription or in-app upgrade. Your purchase grants a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the app under Apple’s Standard EULA. Installation, family sharing where available, purchase history and refunds are handled under Apple’s applicable terms.
3. Accounts and Guest Mode
An account is optional. You are responsible for access to a linked Apple or Google account and for activity performed through it. Guest progress is device-local and may be lost if app or device data is removed. Deleting a LinguaCase cloud account does not remove Apple’s App Store purchase history.
4. Fictional content and learning outcomes
Cases and characters are fictional. Language exercises and feedback are designed for practice, but we do not guarantee a particular learning, examination or certification result.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorised access, redistribute protected content, or submit unlawful or harmful material. You must follow applicable law and platform rules.
6. Intellectual property
The app, stories, artwork, interface, audio and other product content remain owned by the Operator or applicable licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Rights in notes you create remain yours, while you permit the app to store and process them only to provide the selected features.
7. Availability, changes and termination
Features may change to maintain compatibility, security or educational quality. Access to online services may be restricted for abuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, security risk or platform requirements. Where allowed by law, online features may be discontinued with reasonable notice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Privacy and support
Use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. For technical help, account deletion or rights requests, visit Support.
9. Liability and governing terms
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, LinguaCase is provided without guarantees beyond mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. The seller shown on the App Store product page is the Operator. The governing-law and dispute provisions in Apple’s Standard EULA and mandatory rules of your place of residence apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service, law or platform requirements change. Material changes receive a revised effective date and notice where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Satın alma, Apple’ın Standart EULA’sı kapsamında kişisel, sınırlı ve devredilemez kullanım lisansı verir. Kurulum, sunulduğu yerde aile paylaşımı, satın alma geçmişi ve iadeler Apple’ın geçerli koşullarına tabidir.
3. Hesaplar ve Misafir Modu
Hesap isteğe bağlıdır. Bağlı Apple veya Google hesabına erişimden ve bu hesap üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun. Misafir ilerlemesi cihazda tutulur ve uygulama veya cihaz verileri kaldırıldığında kaybolabilir. LinguaCase bulut hesabını silmek Apple App Store satın alma geçmişini kaldırmaz.
4. Kurgusal içerik ve öğrenme sonuçları
Vakalar ve karakterler kurgusaldır. Dil alıştırmaları ve geri bildirimler pratik amacıyla tasarlanır; belirli bir öğrenme, sınav veya sertifika sonucu garanti edilmez.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Hizmeti kötüye kullanamaz, güvenliği bozamaz, erişim kontrollerini aşamaz, yetkisiz erişim deneyemez, korunan içeriği yeniden dağıtamaz veya yasa dışı ya da zararlı içerik gönderemezsin. Geçerli hukuka ve platform kurallarına uymalısın.
6. Fikrî mülkiyet
Uygulama, hikâyeler, görseller, arayüz, sesler ve diğer ürün içeriği İşletmeciye veya ilgili lisans sahiplerine aittir. Bu Koşullar mülkiyeti devretmez. Oluşturduğun notların hakları sende kalır; seçtiğin özellikleri sunmak için uygulamanın bunları saklamasına ve işlemesine izin verirsin.
7. Kullanılabilirlik, değişiklik ve sona erdirme
Uyumluluk, güvenlik veya eğitim kalitesini korumak için özellikler değişebilir. Kötüye kullanım, sahtekârlık, yasa dışı davranış, güvenlik riski veya platform gerekliliklerinde çevrimiçi hizmet erişimi sınırlandırılabilir. Hukuken izin verildiğinde çevrimiçi özellikler makul bildirimle sonlandırılabilir. Zorunlu tüketici hakları etkilenmez.
8. Gizlilik ve destek
Kişisel verilerin kullanımı Gizlilik Politikası’nda açıklanır. Teknik yardım, hesap silme veya hak talepleri için Destek sayfasını ziyaret et.
9. Sorumluluk ve geçerli koşullar
Geçerli hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde LinguaCase, zorunlu tüketici haklarının ötesinde garanti olmadan sunulur. Bu Koşullar hukuken hariç tutulamayacak sorumluluğu kaldırmaz. App Store ürün sayfasında gösterilen satıcı İşletmecidir. Apple Standart EULA’daki hukuk ve uyuşmazlık hükümleriyle ikamet yerinin zorunlu kuralları uygulanır.
10. Değişiklikler
Hizmet, hukuk veya platform gereklilikleri değiştiğinde bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklere yeni yürürlük tarihi ve gerektiğinde bildirim verilir. Güncelleme yürürlüğe girdikten sonra kullanıma devam etmek, hukuken izin verilen yerde kabul anlamına gelir.
Estas Condiciones complementan el
Acuerdo de Licencia Estándar de Apple. Si entran en conflicto con la legislación obligatoria o los términos aplicables de Apple, prevalecen esas normas.
1. El servicio
LinguaCase ofrece investigaciones ficticias para aprender idiomas, ejercicios de pruebas, interrogatorios, herramientas de repaso y sincronización opcional. Es un juego educativo, no asesoramiento profesional jurídico, de investigación, seguridad o certificación lingüística.
2. Licencia y descarga de pago
LinguaCase se compra una vez en App Store. La descarga incluye las funciones publicadas y no requiere suscripción recurrente ni mejora dentro de la aplicación. La compra concede una licencia personal, limitada e intransferible conforme al EULA estándar de Apple. Instalación, compra, reembolsos y uso compartido familiar cuando esté disponible se rigen por Apple.
3. Cuentas y modo Invitado
La cuenta es opcional. Eres responsable del acceso a una cuenta de Apple o Google vinculada y de la actividad realizada mediante ella. El progreso de invitado es local y puede perderse al eliminar datos de la aplicación o del dispositivo. Eliminar una cuenta de LinguaCase no elimina el historial de compras de App Store.
4. Contenido ficticio y resultados
Los casos y personajes son ficticios. Los ejercicios y comentarios se diseñan para practicar, pero no garantizamos un resultado concreto de aprendizaje, examen o certificación.
5. Uso aceptable
No puedes abusar del servicio, interferir con la seguridad, eludir controles, intentar acceso no autorizado, redistribuir contenido protegido ni enviar material ilegal o dañino. Debes cumplir la ley y las reglas de la plataforma.
6. Propiedad intelectual
La aplicación, historias, arte, interfaz, audio y demás contenido pertenecen al Operador o a sus licenciantes. Estas Condiciones no transfieren la propiedad. Conservas los derechos sobre tus notas y permites que la aplicación las almacene y trate solo para ofrecer las funciones elegidas.
7. Disponibilidad, cambios y terminación
Las funciones pueden cambiar para mantener compatibilidad, seguridad o calidad educativa. El acceso en línea puede limitarse por abuso, fraude, conducta ilegal, riesgo de seguridad o requisitos de plataforma. Cuando la ley lo permita, las funciones en línea pueden cesar con aviso razonable. Los derechos obligatorios del consumidor no se ven afectados.
8. Privacidad y soporte
El uso de datos personales se describe en la Política de Privacidad. Para ayuda técnica, eliminación de cuenta o solicitudes de derechos, visita Soporte.
9. Responsabilidad y términos aplicables
En la medida permitida por la ley, LinguaCase se ofrece sin garantías adicionales a los derechos obligatorios del consumidor. Nada excluye responsabilidad que legalmente no pueda excluirse. El vendedor de la página de App Store es el Operador. Se aplican el EULA estándar de Apple y las normas obligatorias de tu residencia.
10. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estas Condiciones cuando cambien el servicio, la ley o la plataforma. Los cambios importantes tendrán nueva fecha de vigencia y aviso cuando sea necesario. El uso continuado tras la entrada en vigor implica aceptación cuando la ley lo permita.
